Step by Step

Here are some of the steps you typically expect to go through when you apply for a job at TrackMan

You must send in your application online using the link in the job advert. Immediately after that you will receive email confirmation so you know that we have received your information.
If we are not in the process of continuous recruitment, we will go through the applications immediately after the application deadline has passed. You will be informed as soon as possible if we would like to call you in for an interview.
Among other things, the meeting will help us to match each other’s expectations and give us a chance to get to know you as a person. Key areas of discussion will be your professional and personal qualifications, what you expect from the job, what the job involves and a summary of TrackMan’s culture and values.
Depending on the job, you may have to come to more than one interview with us.
In order to find the right candidate, we often use an aptitude test (depending on the job you apply for). Tests do not give a complete picture of you as a person, but we use them to supplement the information you give us in your application and in the interviews.
It is important that you feel welcome among us from your first day at work. You will, amongst others, meet your new colleagues and get thoroughly acquainted with our company, procedures and culture.
